Saeed told the Lahore High Court, seeking a ban on the upcoming Phantom, in all Pakistan.
Lahore High Court Justice Bilal Shahid Hassan heard the petition and asked the Central Censorship Board and the federal and Punjab to provide a response on the petition of Saeed during the next hearing on August 13.
The recently released next Bollywood movie “Ghost” trailer has not gone well with the head of Jamat-ud-Dawah Hafiz Saeed, who has filed a petition in the Lahore High Court seeking a ban on the country.

In his petition, Saeed has argued that the film contains “dirty propaganda” against his country.
Through his lawyer AK Dogar, Saeed said India’s film has “poison against Pakistan and JuD”. “The film is about the 2008 Mumbai attacks and global terrorism involving the Jews.” Filthy Propaganda has it done in the film against Pakistan under the theme of global terrorism, “he argued.
The film will be released on August 28 The founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba claimed that the courts of Pakistan had already rejected the accusation of the government of India about the involvement of JuD or any of its leaders in the Mumbai attack that killed 166 people.
AK Dogar – Saeed’s council – told the court that “there is a direct threat to the life of the petitioner (Saeed) and his associates emanating from the content of the trailer of the film.”
“It is obvious that dialogues coming out of the lips of the different Indian actors and actresses will poison the minds of Pakistani public and will portray Hafiz Saeed as terrorist even though JuD has not been declared as a proscribed organisation,” Dogar said.
“The film is about the 2008 Mumbai attack and global terrorism implicating the JuD. Filthy propaganda has been done in the film against Pakistan under the subject of the world terrorism,” Saeed has alleged. Source of news and Images is India Tv
